Grupa sygnatariuszy – w imieniu wszystkich wrażliwych na prawdę historyczną i sprzeciwiających się walce z nią – wystosowała dwa listy: jeden do Światowej Federacji Piłki Nożnej, i drugi do Europejskiej Federacji Piłki Nożnej, z prośbą o potępienie odradzającego się na Ukrainie szowinizmu, zażądanie od nowego Prezydenta Ukrainy uchylenia wydanych przez Wiktora Juszczenkę dekretów gloryfikujących OUN-UPA i jej przywódców oraz rozważenia zasadności organizowania Mistrzostw we Lwowie.

Szanowny Panie Prezydencie,

organizowanym przez UEFA i FIFA rozgrywkom sportowym towarzyszy – zaczerpnięta z tradycji greckich olimpiad – idea niesienia pokoju między narodami. Pięknym świadectwem  pielęgnowania tej idei jest m.in. umożliwianie organizowania wielkich imprez sportowych państwom słabiej rozwiniętym gospodarczo, co ma pozwolić im na nadrabianie zapóźnień cywilizacyjnych i kulturowych. Taką szansę otrzymała współcześnie Ukraina, której powierzono współorganizowanie Mistrzostw Europy w Piłce Nożnej EURO 2012. Niestety, w kraju tym doszły do władzy siły polityczne, które zainteresowane są nie rozwijaniem procesów demokratyzacyjnych i przybliżaniem własnego państwa do rodziny narodów europejskich,  ale pielęgnowaniem tradycji szowinistycznych i faszystowskich. Dobitnym wyrazem hołdowania tym tradycjom było nadanie 20 stycznia 2010 r. przez Wiktora Juszczenkę tytułu Bohatera Narodowego Ukrainy międzynarodowemu terroryście i skrajnemu nacjonaliście – Stepanowi Banderze, a także wydanie 28 stycznia 2010 roku dekretu heroizującego OUN-UPA jako organizację walczącą o wolność Ukrainy.

Stepan Bandera był liderem szowinistycznej organizacji OUN-UPA. Wyznawany przez jej członków tzw. Dekalog nacjonalisty głosił: „Nie zawahasz się dokonać najgorszego przestępstwa, jeśli tego wymagać będzie dobro sprawy”. Kierując się takim kodeksem postępowania, w latach trzydziestych XX wieku organizacja ta przeprowadzała zamachy zbrojne na rozmaite instytucje, a także na osoby dążące do porozumienia polsko-ukraińskiego (m.in. na Tadeusza Hołówkę, Iwana Babija, Sydora Twerdochliba). 20 listopada 1935 r. Bandera zorganizował zamach terrorystyczny na polskiego ministra spraw wewnętrznych Bronisława Pierackiego, za co został skazany na karę śmierci, zamienioną na karę dożywotniego więzienia. Kolaborując z Hitlerem, przyczynił się do sformowania dwóch ukraińskich batalionów Wehrmachtu – Nachtigall i Roland. Członkowie kierowanej przez niego organizacji współtworzyli też ukraińskie oddziały SS-Galizien.

Po wkroczeniu Niemców do Lwowa w r. 1941 Stefan Bandera ogłosił Akt niepodległości Ukrainy. Jako jeden z przywódców funkcjonującego przez 12 dni państwa ukraińskiego jest on bezpośrednio odpowiedzialny za masową eksterminację lwowskich Żydów.

Bandera ponosi ponadto moralną i polityczną  odpowiedzialność za akty ludobójstwa dokonanego ze szczególnym okrucieństwem przez bojówki OUN-UPA, których ofiarami stało się ok. 200 tysięcy osób narodowości polskiej, żydowskiej, czeskiej, ormiańskiej, w tym – starców, kobiet i dzieci. Bojówki te dopuściły się jednej z najokrutniejszych zbrodni w dziejach nowożytnej Europy. Nie tylko mordowały ludność cywilną, ale też starały się zadać jak największe cierpienia swym ofiarom. Wydłubywanie oczu, odcinanie języków, przerzynanie ofiar piłami, rozcinanie brzuchów ciężarnym kobietom, nabijanie dzieci na żerdzie drewnianych płotów – były typowymi metodami postępowania oprawców.

Władze państwowe Ukrainy, tj. zarówno dotychczasowy Prezydent Wiktor Juszczenko, jak też Premier Julia Tymoszenko, od kilku lat systematycznie gloryfikują organizację OUN-UPA i jej przywódców, a także – ukraińskie oddziały SS i Wehrmachtu. Na ulicach ukraińskich miast w sposób oficjalny pojawia się symbolika faszystowska oraz głoszone są hasła szowinistyczne.

Społeczność międzynarodowa jest coraz bardziej zaniepokojona rozwojem ideologii faszystowskiej na Ukrainie. Wyrazem tego jest chociażby przyjęta 18 grudnia 2009 r. rezolucja ONZ, potępiająca zbrodnie OUN-UPA oraz przestrzegająca Ukrainę przed dalszym gloryfikowaniem przywódców tej organizacji. Nawiasem mówiąc, delegacja polska nie poparła tej rezolucji, aby ukryć niewygodną prawdę o sytuacji na Ukrainie.

Istnieje uzasadniona obawa, że odbywające się na terenie Ukrainy Mistrzostwa Europy w Piłce Nożnej staną się pierwszą od czasów pamiętnej Olimpiady  w Berlinie w r. 1936 wielką imprezą sportową, która odbywać się będzie w cieniu swastyk. Nie można do tego dopuścić.

Prosimy Pana Prezydenta, aby kierowana przez Pana Federacja:

1. Zdecydowanie potępiła zjawisko odradzania się na Ukrainie ideologii szowinistycznej i neofaszystowskiej.

2. Udzieliła wszelkiego możliwego wsparcia tym siłom społecznym na Ukrainie, które przeciwstawiają się propagowaniu tej ideologii.

3. Zażądała w najbliższej przyszłości od nowo wybranego Prezydenta Ukrainy natychmiastowego uchylenia wydanych przez Wiktora Juszczenkę dekretów gloryfikujących OUN-UPA i jej przywódców, a także  zwróciła uwagę władzom ukraińskim, że rozwijanie ideologii nacjonalistycznej  stoi w głębokiej sprzeczności z misją, która przyświeca działalności UEFA.

4. W ramach programu walki z przejawami  rasizmu  na stadionach podjęła różnorakie działania, zmierzające do zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa kibicom, którzy w roku 2012 przyjadą na Ukrainę.

5. Rozważyła zasadność organizowania EURO 2012 we Lwowie, którego społeczność – szczególnie sprzyjająca rozwojowi ideologii szowinistycznej i neofaszystowskiej – bardziej dba o budowanie mauzoleów poświęconych OUN-UPA aniżeli o rozwój niezbędnej do organizacji Mistrzostw Europy infrastruktury. Być może inne miasto na Ukrainie bardziej zasługuje na zaszczyt organizowania EURO 2012.

Panie Prezydencie, prosimy o dołożenie wszelkich starań, aby szczytne idee, które przyświecają imprezom sportowym organizowanym przez UEFA i FIFA, nie były kompromitowane przez spadkobierców ideologii faszystowskiej.

Szanowny Panie Prezydencie,

organizowanym przez UEFA i FIFA rozgrywkom sportowym towarzyszy – zaczerpnięta z tradycji greckich olimpiad – idea niesienia pokoju między narodami. Pięknym świadectwem  pielęgnowania tej idei jest m.in. umożliwianie organizowania wielkich imprez sportowych państwom słabiej rozwiniętym gospodarczo, co ma pozwolić im na nadrabianie zapóźnień cywilizacyjnych i kulturowych. Taką szansę otrzymała współcześnie Ukraina, której powierzono współorganizowanie Mistrzostw Europy w Piłce Nożnej EURO 2012. Niestety, w kraju tym doszły do władzy siły polityczne, które zainteresowane są nie rozwijaniem procesów demokratyzacyjnych i przybliżaniem własnego państwa do rodziny narodów europejskich,  ale pielęgnowaniem tradycji szowinistycznych i faszystowskich. Dobitnym wyrazem hołdowania tym tradycjom było nadanie 20 stycznia 2010 r. przez Wiktora Juszczenkę tytułu Bohatera Narodowego Ukrainy międzynarodowemu terroryście i skrajnemu nacjonaliście – Stepanowi Banderze, a także wydanie 28 stycznia 2010 roku dekretu heroizującego OUN-UPA jako organizację walczącą o wolność Ukrainy.

Dear Mr President,

The sport competitions organised by UEFA and FIFA are accompanied by the idea of spreading the culture of peace among the nations deriving from the Greek Olympics. A beautiful testimony of cultivating this idea is the possibility of organising huge sport events offered to the less economically developed countries, thus allowing them to make up the cultural and civilisation set backs. Such a chance has been given to Ukraine which was commenced to co-organise the European Football Championship EURO 2012.

Unfortunately, the political power in this country is exercised by the parties which are not interested in developing the processes of democratisation and bringing their own country closer to the European family but cultivating the traditions of chauvinism and fascism.

A clear proof of professing these traditions is the fact of granting the title of National Hero by Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko to the international terrorist and radical nationalist – Stepan Bandera on January 20, 2010 and also issuing the act glorifying the Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists  and Ukrainian Insurgent Army as organisation fighting for freedom of Ukraine. Stepan Bandera was a leader of chauvinistic organisation OUN-UIA. Ten Commandments of the Ukrainian Nationalists, which all members of the Organisation were expected to adhere to stated „Do not hesitate to carry out the most dangerous deeds”. Following this code the organization in the 1930s carried out the terrorist activities against the numerous institutions and political assassinations of people who aimed at Polish-Ukrainian understanding (namely Tadeusz Hołówka, Ivan Babij, Sydor Twerdochlib). On November 20, 1935 Bandera organized a plot to assassinate the minister of internal affairs Bronisław Pieracki on which count he was found guilty and sentenced to death, then commuted to life imprisonment. Bandera collaborated with Hitler what resulted in formation of „Nachtigall” and „Roland” Battalions. The members of the organisation he was in charge of made up the Ukrainian troops of SS-Galizien.

After the Germans entered Lviv, Bandera announced the Act of Proclamation of Ukrainian Statehood. As one of the leaders of the Ukrainian state functioning for twelve days he is responsible for the mass extermination of Jews in Lviv.

Bandera also carries moral and political responsibility for violent manslaughter crimes committed with enormous cruelty by the OUN-UIA paramilitary units. The number of their  victims exceeded 200 000 people of  Polish, Czech, Armenian  and Jewish nationality including elderly people, children and women. The troops committed one of the most cruel homicide crime in the history of modern Europe. They not only murdered the civilians, but wanted their victims to go through enormous suffering. Cutting tongues, opening the bellies of pregnant women, killing children with wooden fence perches were the typical methods of the executioners.

The Ukrainian authorities including the former President  Viktor Yushchenko and the Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko have been glorifying for years the organization of   OUN-UIA and its leaders, as well as the Ukrainian troops of SS and Wehrmacht. The symbols of fascism and the chauvinistic slogans appear officially on the streets of Ukrainian towns. The international community is becoming more and more concerned with the development and advancement of the fascist ideology in Ukraine. The significance of it can be found in the United Nations  resolution dated December 18, 2009 condemning the crimes of OUN-UIA and warning  Ukraine against further glorification of its leaders. Poland did not support the resolution to hide the uncomfortable truth about the situation in Ukraine.

There is a justified anxiety that the European Football Championship in Ukraine will become the first sport event, since the remarkable Berlin Olympic Games in 1936, taking place in the shadows of swastikas. It cannot be allowed to happen.

We are requesting your organization , Mr. President  to:

1.         Definitely condemn the phenomenon of chauvinist and neo-fascist ideology revival.

2.         Support the Ukrainian social movements which oppose the propagation of this ideology.

3.         Demand from the newly elected President of Ukraine the abolishment of  the acts glorifying  OUN-UIA and its leaders issued by Victor  Yushchenko  and draw the attention of the Ukrainian authorities to the fact that the development of nationalistic ideology is contradictory to the  UEFA mission.

4.         Undertake the measures aimed at increasing the safety of spectators visiting Ukraine in 2012 in the framework of fighting racism and xenophobia in football across Europe programme.

5.         Reconsider the justification of organizing EURO 2012 in Lviv whose community especially favouring  the chauvinistic and neo-fascist ideology takes more care in erecting the monument devoted to the memory of OUN-UIA than in developing the infrastructure indispensable for EURO 2012. It is possible that a different municipality in Ukraine deserves the privilege to organize EURO 2012.

Mr. President, we are requesting you to make every effort to make the laudable ideas which  underlie the sport events organized by UEFA and FIFA not to be  discredited by the heirs of the fascist ideology.

Monsieur le Président,

l’idée de porter la paix entre les nations – tirée de la tradition des olympiades grecques – accompagne les manifestations sportives organisées par l’UEFA et la FIFA. La belle preuve de soigner cette idée constitue, entre autres, l’aide prêtée aux états développés plus faiblement du point de vue économique à réaliser de grandes manifestations sportives, ce qui doit leur permettre de rattraper les retards civilisateurs et culturels. De nos jours, c’est l’Ukraine chargée de la coorganisation du Championat d’Europe de Football EURO 2012 qui a obtenu une telle chance. Hélas,  les forces politiques, arrivées au pouvoir en ce pays, ne sont pas intéressées  à développer les processus de démocratisation et à approcher le propre pays de la familles des nations européennes, mais à soigner les traditions chauvines et fascistes, sont arrivées au pouvoir en ce pays. En suivant ces traditions le 20 janvier 2010 Wiktor Juszczenko a conféré le titre de l’Héros National de l’Ukraine  au terroriste international et nationaliste extrême – Stepan Bandera et  le 28 janvier 2010 on a rendu le décret glorifiant l’ONU-AIU (l’Organisation des Nationalistes Ukrainiens – l’Armée Insurrectionnelle Ukrainienne) comme organisation luttant pour la liberté de l’Ukraine.

Stepan Bandera a été le leader  de cette organisation chauvine. Le Décalogue du nationaliste professé par ses membres proclamait: „Tu n’hésiteras pas de commettre le pire crime si le bien de l’affaire le demande” . En suivant une telle règle de conduite, dans les années trente du XXième siècle, cette organisation a attenté aux diverses institutions ainsi qu’aux personnes de nationalité polonaise et ukrainienne cherchant à se mettre d’accord avec les Ukrainiens (entre autres Tadeusz Hołówka, Iwan Babij, Sydor Twerdochlib). Le 20 novembre 1935 Bandera a organisé l’attentat au ministre polonais de l’intérieur  Bronisław Pieracki pour lequel on l’a condamné à la peine capitale, changée à la peine perpétuelle. En collaborant avec Hitler, il a contribué à former deux bataillons ukrainiens de Wehrmacht – Nachtigall et Roland. Les membres de l’organisation dirigée par lui ont aussi cooformé les détachements  SS-Galizien.

Les Allemands entrés à Lvov en 1941, Bandera annonce L’acte de l’indépendance de l’Ukraine. En tant que l’un des chefs de l’État ukrainien fonctionnant pendant 12 jours, il est directement responsable de l’extermination massive des Juifs de Lvov.

Bandera assume de plus la responsabilité morale et politique des actes de génocide faits avec une cruauté particulière par les bandes armées de l’ONU-AIU, dont les victimes sont devenues environ 200 mille personnes de nationalité polonaise, juive, tchèque et arménienne, parmi lesquelles des vieillards, femmes et enfants. Ces bandes ont commis l’un des plus cruels crimes dans l’histoire de l’Europe moderne. Ils assassinaient la population civile mais aussi cherchaient à torturer leurs victimes. L’arrachement des yeux, la coupure des langues, la coupe des victimes avec les scies, l’éventration des femmes enceintes, l’empalement des enfants – c’étaient les méthodes typiques de la façon d’agir des écorcheurs.

Les autorités ukrainiennes, c’est-à-dire l’actuel Président Wiktor Juszczenko, de même que le Premier Julia Tymoszenko, depuis plusieurs années glorifient systématiquement l’organisation ONU-AIU et ses chefs, ainsi que – les détachements ukrainiens SS et de Wehrmacht. Dans les rues des villes ukrainiennes aparaît de façon officielle la symbolique fasciste et on proclame des mots d’ordre chauvins.

La communauté internationale est de plus en plus inquiète du dévelloppement de l’idéologie fasciste en Ukraine. Le 18 décembre l’ONU a adopté la résolution condamnant les crimes de l’ONU-AIU et avertissant l’Ukraine de glorifier toujours les chefs de cette organisation. Il faut le dire cependant que la délégation polonaise n’a pas appuyé cette résolution pour cacher la vérité génante de la situation en ce pays.

Il est à craindre que le Championat d’Europe de Football se déroulant en Ukraine devienne la première manifestation sportive depuis l’olympiade mémorable à Berlin en 1936  qui aura lieu à l’ombre des svastikas. On ne peut pas en permettre.

On demande Monsieur le Président que la Fédération dirigée par Vous :

1.      Condamne décidément le phénomène de renaissance en Ukraine de l’idéologie chauvine et néofasciste.

2.      Donne son assistance à ces forces sociales en Ukraine qui s’opposent à la propagation de cette idéologie.

3.      Demande dans le plus proche avenir le Président de l’Ukraine qui sera élu d’annuler les décrets rendus par Wiktor Juszczenko glorifiant l’ONU-AIU et ses chefs et attire l’attention des autorités ukrainiennes sur le fait que le développement de l’idéologie nationaliste est en profonde opposition avec la mission qui illumine l’activité de l’UEFA.

4.      Dans le cadre du programme de lutte contre la manifestation de racisme sur les stades commence la différente activité visant à assurer la sécurité aux supporters qui en 2012 arriveront en Ukraine.

5.      Considère la justesse de l’organisation de l’EURO 2012 à Lvov dont la communauté – particulièrement soutenant le développement de l’idéologie chauvine et néofasciste – s’occupe plus de construire des mausolées consacrées à l’ONU-AIU que de développer l’infrastructure indispensable pour l’organisation du Championat d’Europe. Peut-être une autre ville ukrainienne mérite-t-elle honneur d’organiser l’EURO 2012.

Monsieur le Président, nous Vous demandons d’apporter tous les soins pour que les grands idéaux qui illuminent les manifestations sportives organisées par l’UEFA et la FIFA ne soient pas compromises par les fils spirituels de l’idéologie fasciste.

Sehr geehrter Herr Präsident !

Große UEFA- und FIFA-Veranstaltungen werden von der Idee des Friedens unter den Nationen geprägt- dies hat seinen Ursprung in der Tradition der griechischen Olympiaden. Ein großartiges Zeugnis für Fortsetzung dieser Idee ist die Vergabe großer sportlicher Veranstaltungen an wirtschaftlich schwach entwickelte Länder, was für diese eine Chance darstellt, die kulturellen und wirtschaftlichen Rückstände abzubauen.

Diese Chance bekommt gegenwärtig die Ukraine als Mitveranstalter der Fußballmeisterschaften EURO 2012. Leider sind in diesem Land politische Kräfte an die Macht gekommen, die nicht interessiert daran sind, Demokratie und Annäherung an die europäische Gemeinschaft der Völker voranzutreiben, das Augenmerk wird vielmehr auf die Pflege der faschistischen und chauvinistischen Traditionen gerichtet. Ein erschreckendes Beispiel der Huldigung dieser Traditionen ist der am 20. Januar 2010 von Wiktor Juszczenko verliehene Titel des Nationalhelden dem internationalen Terroristen und radikalen Nationalisten Stepan Bandera, sowie das Dekret vom 28. Januar mit einer Verherrlichung von OUN-UPA (die Organisation Ukrainischer Nationalisten – die Ukrainische Aufstandsarmee) als Organisation mit besonderen Verdiensten im Kampf um die Freiheit der Ukraine.

Stepan Bandera wurde bekannt als Anführer der national-chauvinistischen Organisation OUN-UPA. Im Dekalog des Nationalisten findet man Sätze, wie den folgenden:  „Du schreckst nicht zurück vor schlimmsten Verbrechen, wenn dies unsere Sache erfordert”. Von solchen Parolen angetrieben verübte diese Organisation zahlreiche Anschläge auf verschiedene Institutionen und auch auf die Menschen, die sich für die polnisch-ukrainische Verständigung einsetzten (u.a. Tadeusz Hołówka, Iwan Babij, Sydor Twerdochlib). Bandera war der Anstifter eines terroristischen Anschlags auf den polnischen Minister des Inneren Bronisław Pieracki, wofür er vom Gericht zu Tode verurteil wurde (diese Strafe ist durch lebenslänglichen Freiheitsentzug ersetzt worden). Als Hitler-Kollaborateur hatte Bandera einen maßgeblichen Anteil an der Formierung zweier ukrainischer Wehrmacht-Bataillonen: „Nachtigall” und „Roland”. Mitglieder seiner Organisation gründeten die ukrainische Einheiten SS-Galizien mit.

Nach dem Einmarsch der Deutschen in Lemberg im Jahre 1941 veröffentlichte Bandera den Akt der Unabhängigkeit der Ukraine. Als eine der führenden Persönlichkeiten des zwölf Jahre bestehenden ukrainischen Staates ist er unmittelbar verantwortlich für die Massen- Extermination der in Lemberg lebenden Juden.

Darüber hinaus ist Bandera politisch und moralisch verantwortlich für den Völkermord, der von OUN-UPA-Kampfgruppen mit besonderer Grausamkeit verübt worden war. Zweihunderttausend ermordete Menschen: Polen, Juden, Tschechen, Armenier – darunter Greise, Frauen und Kinder – gehörten zu den Opfern. Diese Kampfgruppen haben eines der grausamsten Verbrechen in der neueren Geschichte Europas begangen. Der grausame Mord an Zivilbevölkerung wurde vom Zufügen von schrecklichen Leiden begleitet. Das Aushöhlen von Augen, Abschneiden von Zungen, Zersägen am lebendigen Leibe, Aufschneiden der Bäuche bei Schwangeren, Aufspießen von Kindern auf Zaunpfähle – das war die typische Vorgehensweise jener Schergen.

Der Machtapparat jetziger Ukraine, Präsident Wiktor Juszczenko und Premierministerin Julia Tymoszenko glorifizieren seit einigen Jahren systematisch die OUN-UPA-Organisation und ihre Anführer, aber auch die ukrainische SS und die Wehrmacht. Auf der Straßen der ukrainischen Städte wurde die faschistische Symbolik sichtbar, chauvinistische Parolen wurden von offiziellen Stellen verbreitet.

Die internationale Völkergemeinschaft zeigt sich zunehmend beunruhigt über die Entwicklung der faschistischen Ideologie in der Ukraine. Ausdruck dieser Beunruhigung ist u.a. die UNO-Resolution vom 18. Dezember 2009, in der die OUN-UPA-Verbrechen verurteilt worden sind und die Ukraine vor der Verherrlichung der OUN-UPA-Anführer gewarnt wird. Anmerkung am Rande: die polnische Delegation hat für diese Resolution nicht gestimmt, um die unbequeme Wahrheit über die neue Situation in der Ukraine zu verschweigen.

Es ist zu befürchten, dass die in der Ukraine organisierten Fußball-Europa-Meisterschaften eine Sport-Veranstaltung werden kann, die zum ersten Mal seit der berüchtigten Olympiade in Berlin 1936 wieder im Schatten von Swastika ausgetragen wird. Das muss verhindert werden.

Wir bitten Sie, Herr Präsident, dass die von Ihnen geleitete Föderation:

1.  die in der Ukraine auferweckte chauvinistische und neofaschistische Ideologie entschieden verurteilt

2.  alle bürgerlichen Kräfte in der Ukraine, die sich dieser Ideologie widersetzen, nach Möglichkeit unterstützt

3.  von dem neugewählten Präsidenten der Ukraine verlangt, die von Wiktor Juszczenko verabschiedeten UON-UPA und ihre Anführer glorifizierenden Dekrete zurückzuziehen und die Machthaber in der Ukraine darauf hinweist, dass das Unterstützen von nationalistischen Ideologien im krassen Widerspruch zur Idee und zu den Zielen der UEFA steht

4.  im Rahmen der Bekämpfung von Anzeichen des Rassismus entsprechende Schritte unternehmen wird, die den Fußball-Fans, die im Jahre 2012 in die Ukraine kommen, ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit gewährleisten werden

5.  die Organisation EURO 2012 in Lemberg noch einmal überdenkt, da in dieser Stadt die Sympathie für die Verbreitung der chauvinistischen und neofaschistischen Ideologie besonders groß ist und wo das öffentliche Interesse mehr dem OUN-UPA-Mausoleum-Bau gilt, als dem Ausbau der für die Austragung von EURO 2012 notwendigen Infrastruktur. Vielleicht kommt auch eine andere Stadt in der Ukraine in Frage, die es besser als Lemberg verdient, die Fußballmeisterschaften zu veranstalten.

Sehr geehrter Herr Präsident, wir bitten Sie, alles daran zu setzen, dass die rühmlichen Ideen, die die Sport-Veranstaltungen der UEFA und der FIFA begleiten, nicht von den Erben der faschistischen Ideologie kompromitiert und missbraucht werden.

4.  im Rahmen der Bekämpfung von Anzeichen des Rassismus entsprechende Schritte unternehmen wird, die den Fußball-Fans, die im Jahre 2012 in die Ukraine kommen, ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit gewährleisten werden

5.  die Organisation EURO 2012 in Lemberg noch einmal überdenkt, da in dieser Stadt die Sympathie für die Verbreitung der chauvinistischen und neofaschistischen Ideologie besonders groß ist und wo das öffentliche Interesse mehr dem OUN-UPA-Mausoleum-Bau gilt, als dem Ausbau der für die Austragung von EURO 2012 notwendigen Infrastruktur. Vielleicht kommt auch eine andere Stadt in der Ukraine in Frage, die es besser als Lemberg verdient, die Fußballmeisterschaften zu veranstalten.

Sehr geehrter Herr Präsident, wir bitten Sie, alles daran zu setzen, dass die rühmlichen Ideen, die die Sport-Veranstaltungen der UEFA und der FIFA begleiten, nicht von den Erben der faschistischen Ideologie kompromitiert und missbraucht werden.
